The original production had “Hail to the King� (as the show ended with Ash in medieval times) in place of “We Will Never Die� and “Blew That Bitch Away.� In 2006, the script was changed to bring Ash back to the present day.

Evil Dead: The Musical is also available for high school licensing and eliminates profanity from both the song titles and lyrics: “What the Heck Was That� and “Blew That Witch Away.�
