Giorgio Moroder is popularly known as the 鈥淔ather of Disco鈥�. Born in Italy, he relocated to Germany as a young man to pursue his music career. In the '70s, he collaborated with Donna Summer and Pete Bellotte, to create a sexy version of disco defined by the hit single, 鈥淟ove to Love You Baby鈥� (1975). His other disco hits included "I Feel Love" (1977) and "Last Dance" (1978). As the disco era came to an end, Moroder turned to composing film scores, such as Midnight Express (1978), Flashdance (1984), and Metropolis (1984). Moroder made a return to dance music in the 2010s, working on Daft Punk's 2013 album Random Access Memories and his own 2015 album, D茅j脿 Vu.
