Overview

Synopsis

Based on the international bestselling book, Children’s Letters to God, this refreshingly comical 75-minute musical asks some very serious questions such as, “Dear God: If you’re so famous how come you’re not on TV? or “Dear God, Do fish have a clue that it’s raining? and “Dear God, Who says ‘God bless you when YOU sneeze? Through a series of short scenes and songs Children’s Letters of God follows the lives of a group of children and their questions as they explore timeless issues such as friendship, sibling rivalry, divorce, holidays, loss of pet, first love, and more. The show carries a universal message that crosses the boundaries of age, location, and religion. Just as in the book, the musical is not specifically religious in nature. It's about children and the countless events in their lives that lead them to ask a lot of questions some funny, some serious, some surprising.
