Nancy has come to see Ralph in prison for the first, and only, time. He is a convicted serial killer and pedophile who abducted, abused and murdered her youngest daughter, Rhona. Nancy has struggled with her grief and rage for a long time but she felt the need to come and look Ralph in the eye. She wants him to know that she forgives him for killing Rhona.
