Context
Chrissy and Susan are friends and coworkers at the Boom Boom Room. Chrissy is younger and new to being a go go dancer; as such, she often goes to older and more experienced Susan for advice. Chrissy is constantly mistreated by the lousy men she goes out with, and does nothing to stand up for herself. She goes to Susan for advice, but isn鈥檛 prepared for the idea Susan has: that Chrissy should forget men, and become her lover instead.

Susan: No, why?
Chrissy: It鈥檚 got a long history; Greeks even. You like the coffee I made you?
Susan: Sure.
