Poppa died. I didn鈥檛 cry. My movie was a success. I made another. I realized how little pleasure achievement gave me. Slowly I became a writer. It suited me. I鈥檇 finally found a way to make myself heard. And 鈥渦seful鈥�--that word Rena so reveled in trumpeting.

Ben has made all of the Weeks family, including Rena and his children, rich. That鈥檚 what he wanted to do--indeed I believe that鈥檚 been his mission in life--to give us all what he and I never had as children--and he鈥檚 accomplished it.
